The RC10 ’89 Masami Stealth Forged Carbon Rear Shock Tower by JConcepts delivers modern strength and tuning flexibility to one of the most iconic vintage race platforms ever produced. Designed specifically for the RC10 1989 Stealth re-release, this upgrade blends period-correct styling with advanced forged carbon construction. Inspired by the configuration showcased by Ryan Maifield at the 2025 Team Associated Vintage Championship, the rear tower enhances both durability and versatility.

About the Shock Tower

Forged Carbon Durability With Modern Shock Compatibility

Constructed from 3.0mm genuine forged carbon fiber, this rear shock tower offers an excellent balance of rigidity and controlled flex, making it ideal for low-traction and bumpy track conditions. The design maintains stock mounting geometry for straightforward installation while allowing compatibility with both standard kit shocks and modern 13mm shocks from Team Associated (available separately). When running 13mm shocks, the tower must be spaced forward 12mm using aluminum or 3D-printed spacers (not included) to ensure proper alignment and performance. Finished with a CNC-machined JC logo, this tower adds both authenticity and visual appeal to any Stealth build.
